Service Agreement
Quotes & Proposals
All proposals provided by Special Events México are custom-tailored to your event and remain non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Personalized proposals are valid for 48 hours from the time of issue. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and because every event is unique, we do not list standard pricing on our website.
Bookings & Deposits
To secure our services for your date, a deposit is required. Your event date is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed by our team. Specific deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined within your individual contract.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is defined within your signed contract. Depending on the timing of cancellation, deposits may be non-refundable due to the specialized nature of our services and equipment.
Safety & Operations
All services are delivered by SEDENA-licensed pyrotechnic operators with full liability insurance coverage.
VENUE PROTOCOLS
We conduct comprehensive site inspections prior to any installation, ensuring full compliance with local Riviera Maya regulations and specific venue restrictions.
WEATHER CONTINGENCIES
Our operational protocols prioritize safety above all. In the event of adverse weather conditions, our lead technicians reserve the right to modify or halt displays to protect guests and property.
