Design Process
Once you confirm your booking, our design team presents 2 to 3 formation concepts for your approval. Revisions are included. The final choreography is locked 30 days before the event.
Technical Requirements
Drone shows require a clear outdoor space with a minimum 50-meter diameter free of obstructions. The team conducts a full venue assessment before confirming the show design.
Weather Policy
Drone shows cannot operate in rain or winds above 35 km/h. Every booking includes a weather contingency plan and a backup window earlier in the evening if conditions require a time adjustment.

When a Drone Show is the Right Choice
Venue Restrictions
Some resorts and venues in Riviera Maya restrict or prohibit aerial fireworks due to noise ordinances or proximity to residential areas. Drone shows have no noise restrictions and are approved at virtually every venue type.
Wildlife Reserves
Weddings near ecological reserves in Tulum or protected coastal areas often cannot use traditional fireworks. Drone shows are the only aerial spectacle fully compatible with these sensitive environments.
Longer Display Time
A standard fireworks finale lasts 2 to 4 minutes. A drone show runs up to 8 minutes of continuous choreography - giving your guests a longer, more immersive experience.
Fully Repeatable
Unlike fireworks, drone shows can be paused and resumed if needed. Every formation is precisely programmed - the show is identical every time it runs, with no variability from wind or weather.
